CT_BarMod and CT_MailMod updates

A few updates were made to the mail log portion of CT_MailMod that have been requested a bit recently, and a small update to CT_BarMod. Full details below:

CT_BarMod (3.020)
- Added an option to control whether or not macro names are displayed on buttons. The default is to display the names.

CT_MailMod (3.009)
- The width of the mail log window can now be changed by dragging its left or right border. Resizing the window will affect the width of the subject column.
- If the mail log window is open when CT_MailMod is opening mail, new log entries will be displayed as they are added.
